To extend the tradition that has existed since its foundation, the brewery, reinstalled on the site of the abbey, is inspired by the old recipes discovered by the monks brewers. The current beers, high fermentation, unpasteurized, are prepared according to the old method of infusion. These are the only true Belgian beers of the abbey in Belgium, as they are the only ones still brewed in the same historic buildings of the Abbey. These are complex and high quality beers.

The new Ange Beer is an artisanal blonde, designed to satisfy the demanding expectations of the growing craft beer market worldwide, while respecting the tradition and ancestral methods of an authentic Abbey beer of the highest quality. Brewed in the Abbey of Val-Dieu, the ANGE Blonde is a refreshing beer, round, and delicate ; a secret spice makes it an exclusive beer, with mild but subtle and complex aromas, which awaken an imperishable thirst. 6% vol. Alc.
